Does yellow reflect or absorb heat?

Question: For example on cars, Is yellow a color that absorbs the heat and makes the car hot or does it cool the car off? 10 points for best and possibly quickest answer!

Answer: The answer to absorbtion is relative to reflectivity. Yellow reflects more light than would for example brown. Thererfore fewer photons are converted into heat in the case of the lighter (yellow) car. There is never a case where the color will actually cool an object, just produce more or less heat depending on how dark the color is.
